Waiver
Every player or coach entering Total Turf MUST pay the Waiver Form Administrative Fee. This can be done online by clicking below and navigating to our Administrative Portal where you can add children to your account and pee the necessary fees. By paying the Administrative fee, you are signing the waiver.
Waivers are good for one year only.
