Andy Logar, Principal

Andy will oversee all Sports Managers and will manage all league play, training and tournaments. He is also responsible for marketing these events to prospective teams. Andy played professional soccer for 10 years, assistant coaches and trains three travel soccer teams. He has gained tremendous respect within the sporting community. In 1992, Andy was the first person to ever have their uniform number retired from GSC/Rowan University. He was a Division III Player of the Year and has been inducted into Rowan University’s Hall of Fame. Andy also had the distinct honor of being inducted into the South Jersey Soccer’s Hall of Fame. He is a union technician in PA and NJ. Andy is a Washington Township resident and married with 3 sons.

Jerry McGough, Principal

Jerry will manage the day to day operations of TTE. He will manage the finance and expansion of this facility. Jerry has been in business management for the last 20 years working in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. During his career he has been a recipient of multiple “Inner Circle” Awards and Chairman’s Club Awards. He was a multi-sport athlete, excelling in baseball, softball, basketball, soccer and crew. He has had great success coaching several baseball, soccer and basketball teams for over 9 years, leading them to multiple championships. Jerry currently lives in Washington Township and is married with 3 sons.

Brad Yates, Principal

Brad is the General Contractor, overseeing the construction of the TTE facility from concept to completion. Brad will be responsible for the daily maintenance and expansion. His background is in large scale construction and facilities management. With a lifetime passion for a sport he played himself, Brad currently is the head coach for his son’s travel soccer team. He is a union electrician in NJ. Brad is a Washington Township resident since birth and married with 2 sons.

Joe Sweeney, Media & Technology

Joe brings his years of broadcasting youth baseball and softball for the Cal Ripken league in and around the tri-state area. From first meeting Jerry McGough at a state tournament in Hopewell during a rain-delay and getting a coming soon – TTE Brochure (which he still has in the office) and announcing on the air all about this new state of the art sports complex.  Our goal is to create a sports broadcast network for kids, run by kids.  With the unwavering support from the Principles above, we are now close to reaching our goal in the next few months.

James (Jim) J Usilton

Jim is the youngest of 4 boys (Jack, Chris, and Jason) along with his parents Mom  Iiona and Dad Jack, Jim grew up in a house full of sports.   Jim is a family oriented person and is currently attending college.  Outside of school and TTE Jim is currently the Head Coach of the Washington Township 7th grade boys Travel Basketball Team and is also the assistant coach for the Washington Township Minutemen midget football squad.   Jim has also coached on several basketball teams in the Washington Township area.

Growing up in the Washington Township area Jim has also played both elementary and middle school football along with basketball  Jim has been on several Championship travel basketball and AAU teams.  Jim has also played basketball for both Bishop Eustace High School and Washington Township High School and is a member of Eddie Hoban Scholarship Fundraiser.
